Hangup Event with S and H on Extension

Just needing help to analyze a call from CDR Report. A call was placed in the conference room which was later joined by an employee. After being in the conference room for about 14 minutes, the employee said that the caller hung up but the caller called back and said that they did not hung up. So I am looking at the CDR report and saw hangup events but with S and H on the extension column. What does those means exactly? Does the hangup events already a proof that the customer hangup? I listened to the recording of the call, if the customer hung up then the employee should have heard a MOH because the conference room is set to have the MOH when there is a single caller.
