Half my SIP Phones not connecting

Just deployed a new Free PBX Install (FreePBX Ver: 14.0.1.31, Asterisk Ver: 13.18.5) on a dedicated server at a data center, moving our system from in house to the DC for more reliable uptime.

Switched over our phones, and only 5 of the 14 are connecting. Really scratching my head, even turned the firewall off to test if thats the issue. Any suggestions?
