Groundwire iOS / Android - Music on hold not working for more than a second

Odd issue and Groundwire says it’s a freepbx issue - so hoping it is. Not sure what information I could provide - just let me know. Freepbx 17.0.28. Music on hold is a audio stream. I have a Yealink W58 desk phone and some Groundwire sip clients. If I call say the W58 phone to the SIP client (or the other way around, doesn’t matter) - put call on hold on the Yealink - the Groundwire client hears the hold music. But if I put the call on hold from the Groundwire client, the Yealink or other device hears the music for about a second then nothing.

Any suggestions on what to look for?

I’d figure a hold command is a hold command, but groundwire says it’s a Freepbx issue.

It’s hard without some detailed info. Using Groundwire here as well, but from whatever phone (also some Yealinks) I call Groundwire and press “Hold” on Groundwire, MoH is absolutely fine (on all my 3 FreePBX instances).

Did you give the Asterisk log section of this to an AI to analyze? Or post it here.

Here’s the logs.. AI says the call gets disconnected. I mean, that’s just me waiting a few seconds and then hanging up :slight_smile:
