Installing my first Distro 16 system and I’m finding it really annoying how the slide out menus continually pop out automatically every time the page refreshes. This is on Chrome browser. Is this by design? If so, can we get rid of it?

I literally came here to ask this question just now - It seems like this was added to one of the later FreePBX 15 updates as well.
