There are MANY instances here in this forum and in support, of admins being unaware of the r-nav menu that sits on the right of many config screens. This one:
The menu is collapsed by default, but starting in FreePBX 16 and in framework 15.0.17.43 (in edge now) all new FreePBX installs have the r-nav menu expanded by default. So the same view looks like this now:
