Hi all, as soon as I bring tailscale up i lose all connectivity on the LAN IP of the server. It is not pingable from the LAN. Firewall is off.
Any ideas?

Check tailscale ACL, Your case is not related with FreePBX. Read Tailscale wiki documentation about ACL and setups. its documented super clearly and understandable.
