Freepbx PRI All circuits are busy Outbound calls only

Hello,
I have an issue in my freepbx device.Issue with outbound calls. Randomly all ciruits are busy and need to restart asterisk and dhadi and after it works for approx 2 hours.During this No issue with inbound calls.

You’re getting an error back from your provider. Have you called them to ask them about it?

I try but i found that after below this error all circuit are busy

After this need to restart astrisk and dahdi after than outgoing call works perfectly.

That’s not an error.
This message means that some application (FreePBX e.g.) is periodically connecting to and disconnecting from Asterisk via AMI. It is just an informational message which is displayed when a certain level of verbosity is set.
