FREEPBX paging using Digium phones D45

Hello all,
I’m having a problem with the paging option on my freepbx. We setup a freepbx and we are able to call inbound and outbound. However, when trying to page the phone doing the paging will beep and the other phones will just ring TWICE and end the call.

I truly need to get this working and I’ve tried everything and no luck.
Please let know if you guys could help me out.
