Hi All, I’m a newbie to FreePBX and currently in the process of converting our old trixbox PBX to a FreePBX system. I can’t seem to figure out how to get the IVR options to route calls by DID’s? …So let’s say we have several DIDs pointed to the FreePBX system and each DID routed to it’s unique inbound message. Each unique message is then routed to a generic IVR menu. This IVR menu then gives options to do several things… So as different options are selected on this IVR menu I’d like to be able to go back and separate these calls by its DID that was initially dialed and route these calls to the proper VM box or recorded message? Thanks in advance!
