When trying to open certain modules, like extensions I get the following error
PDOException (HY000)
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 Can’t create/write to file ‘/var/tmp/#sql_4d0_0.MAI’ (Errcode: 2)
Any ideas how to fix this issue?
TIA

Have you tried ‘fwconsole chown’ from the console?
Yes I did, same error message still
Check the permissions on the /var/tmp and /tmp directories. They should be set so that anyone can write to them.
If they are incorrect, submit a ticket that requests that the file permissions on these directories get set to the correct permissions in the ‘fwconsole chown’ application.
Both folders are 7777 so they should be open to any program on the server
How do i go about submitting a ticket? Never done it before
