FreePBX Distro Activation Failure

Early this morning, Engineering became aware of disruptions to the FreePBX activation process for versions up to and including 15 (not 16) which would have started over this past weekend. We are working on the issue, and will have full functionality restored shortly.

In the immediate term, registering a new system, or updating registration on an existing system will fail. There is no work around.

I knew it, I tried both on VPS and local servers, this was driving me nuts.

As of about an hour ago, 3pm Eastern, this issue was resolved. Activations should work like normal now and my own testing confirms.
