Fix the NIC issue before worrying about activation.

FreePBX Distro Activation Failure

Early this morning, Engineering became aware of disruptions to the FreePBX activation process for versions up to and including 15 (not 16) which would have started over this past weekend. We are working on the issue, and will have full functionality restored shortly. In the immediate term, registering a new system, or updating registration on an existing system will fail. There is no work around.
