FreePBX dashboard displays incorrect data

Hi everyone,

I am running FreePBX 13.0.192.14 with Asterisk 13.16.0 on pure CentOS 7 (not distro) and using PJSIP as the only SIP channel driver. I am observing incorrect behaviour of the built-in dashboard “FreePBX Statistics”.

First, trunk / user status is updated too slowly, and this refresh interval is not stable.
For example, I disabled the trunk by blocking a UDP port, and saw in Asterisk that it got down:

ast01*CLI> pjsip show contacts

Contact: <Aor/ContactUri…> <Hash…> <RTT(ms)…>

Contact: XXXXX-PJSIP/sip:XX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXX 431db71cbd Unavail 0.000

However, it was still indicated as online in FreePBX dashboard for more than 15 minutes (then I re-enabled it).

Second issue is related to data visualization. Dashboard looks empty like this:

When I hover the mouse over the numbers, the numbers are displayed, but trend lines are missing.

Have you faced such behaviour in FreePBX13 with PJSIP? What should I check / adjust to make the dashboard operational?

Thank you in advance.

I am not sue if my issue is the same, but it is similar. I am using pjsip on FreePBX v14 and my issues are that the number of offline users is much to high.

Hi Tony,

Have you tried to switch back to the old chan_sip?
Did this resolve the issue?

Oleg, no, i have not tried that, it would be a chore to convert all my extensions.
