I need some help I switched from the regular Anveo to Anveo Direct. I need some help because at this time, I’m not receiving any documents in the FreePBX logs. at this time i have the sip as sbc.anveo.com and the port at 5060. Please give me some help. I’m running weather lines and everything is down and I’m not getting any help with tech support. Thanks
In the Anveodirect portal, confirm that you have correctly configured both Destination Trunks (including port number if your PBX listens on other than 5060) and DIDs.
Confirm that your router/firewall forwards the incoming INVITE correctly. If still nothing in Asterisk log, check sngrep and/or capture on router WAN interface.
What does SIP trace from Anveodirect portal show?
Yes it looks like is set on 5060. it was 5010 when I was on the regular Anveo but now I moved to the direct and the information they gave me I dont understand.
You was right when you told me i would not get any tech support.
how do I use the sip trace I cant sem to find that
SIP Server Port in the FreePBX trunk should be set to 5060, but the port in Configure Destination Trunks must be the port your PBX is listening on.
Look at the CDR record for a failed incoming call and there should be a link to the SIP trace.

Do I use my static IP or the Ip address of my freepbx?
I was curious what needs to go in the sip server. is that my Ip address or something else?
now im getting [2025-12-13 22:36:40] NOTICE[73687] res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c: Request ‘REGISTER’ from ‘“1003” sip:[email protected]’ failed for ‘45.95.147.229:5298’ (callid: 655631228) - No matching endpoint found
Just a failed attempted attack. It’s harmless.
On the PBX end, SIP Server should be sbc.anveo.com
At Anveo end, select SIP URI, enter
$[E164]$@yourpublicip:5060
got that now. the context is still from-pstn
Do I need to put somehing in Client URI and Server URI in freepbx?
This is what im getting in the logs on the freepbx side
[2025-12-14 08:05:13] NOTICE[73687] res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c: Request ‘INVITE’ from ‘sip:[email protected]’ failed for ‘94.131.8.67:53782’ (callid: [email protected]) - No matching endpoint found
That has nothing to do with Anveo. You don’t have matching endpoints. You did hit Apply Config after your changes were done?
Yes I did. The issue I’m seeing is the information that is different is the Anveo direct uses IP address. Which I I’m not sure what all needs to be in the freepbx. Remember I was on the regular plan on anveo then they switched me to anveo direct because of the cost. So I’m not sure what I need to change on the freepbx side. Also how long does it take for anveo to update the information in the logs. I see everything from yesterday but nothing for the 14th.
Why don’t you show us your current config? If everything is IP based then you should have provided Anveo your IP in their portal to send requests to. You should have their IP to send requests to. So show us what you have.
E164][email protected]:5060 this is on Anveo side the xxx is my static IP address.
Should be
$[E164][email protected]:5060
According to
You should set Match (Permit) for your incoming trunk at the PBX end to:
169.48.232.158,204.216.109.55,176.9.39.206,72.9.149.25
and confirm that in Anveodirect portal, Configure DIDs, you have pointed your DID to the trunk set up in the Configure Destination Trunks section.
If you still have trouble, confirm that the DID is working by temporarily forwarding it to a PSTN number.
