I have the same problem as described in the following post.
Since the post is closed I couldn’t reply to it so I opened a new one:
Good Afternoon everybody.
i’am new to freepbx and the community. i have some basic knowledge of Freepbx, like creating extensions for the phones and connecting some yealink cordless to the PBX. i have some problems at connecting a Gigaset Go box 100 voip cordless base to the PBX, it keeps telling me that the registration has failed. i am configurig the go box 100 following what i can understand, because i can’t seem to find any manual for it and it even wasn’t in the box that it came. is there …
Problem:
I cannot connect my Gigaset Go Box 100 to FreePBX.
I get the error in the web view of the Go Box: “Registration Failed”.
I followed the following instructions when setting up:
What’s interesting is that my FreePBX works with other softphones.
I can connect the Gigaset Go Box 100 to an old asterisk (without FreePBX) in version 16 without any problems.
Therefore I suspect that a setting needs to be set in the current FreePBX version. Does anyone here have an idea?

Are the FPBX and Gigaset in the same network? Did you check Fail2Ban on FPBX? Maybe your Gigaset is already on the blacklist due to many failed registration attempts.
What do you see in the Asterisk log files while the extension tries to register?

Today, I set it new up and it works now!
The manual the first post works.
