FreePBX 16, No incoming call on ring groups

I have a FreePBX system running the latest patches for all features, and I’m getting no incoming audio when calling to a ring group.

It’s working fine when I call into a extension or directory, which is really strange.

Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
