FreePBX 15->16 upgrade shows error with High Availability. System is not working

Hello,

I used the upgrade tool to get to 16.
After performing the update I cannot go to the GUI anymore. It shows only a page with this text:

When I open a ssh session I can see that Asterisk is not started. Everytime I enter a fwconsole command I get the same text shown above

I can not get rid of this HA stuff. I never used it before.

I tried yum update and module updates already. No need for any updates.
Any clue on this?

It seems that something goes wrong after freepbx16-16.1-1.sng7.x86_64 install…

I hope that the system can be restored. I have a backup…at worst…

I tried to start arsterisk from console with asterisk -c and it’s working. Extensions and trunks are up and running. I can do and receive calls.

But almost everything else is not working including obviously the web interface.

I will try for a few days to restrore the system. After this time I will restart from backup.

Hi,

I move the freepbx_ha package to /tmp Dir. Then I rebooted and could start GUI.
I ran the migration tool again. But there were errors. I had to update every module manually and disabled two or three asterisk modules. Now the system is running

But I get these errors from time to time:

I was looking for a way to uninstall HA without being able to use fwconsole…
Ok. I can move it to /tmp dir.
I think the errors are due to the incorrect part of the installation:

Installing PBX 16 Framework module
Installing PBX 16 Certificate manager module
Installing PBX 16 Sysadmin manager module
Running chown…
Running reload
Activating the system with deploymentID…
Updating all the modules
Running chown…
Running reload
Running fwconsole restart

I don’t know if the system can be restored…
But I will try…

I moved freepbx_ha to /tmp.

fwconsole and the GUI started to work.

I reactivate Freepbx with the original ID (old Freepbx 15).

I changed the repo address with the command fwconsole setting MODULE_REPO https://mirror.freepbx.org

I updated all the modules with fwconsole ma updateall.

I disabled Sangoma Realtime API to avoid a connection refused with fwconsole reload.

Some other cleaning with modules and tests and the system is up and running.

I have uninstalled also the freepbx_ha module.

I think that the system is restored properly.

Same here. I will wait if I still get these annoying emails. But system is working right now
