Hello. There is Ubuntu server 18.04 Asterisk 13 and FreePBX 14.
14 operators and 2 queue. Calls arrive in the queue. One queue of 6 agents (call all), the second 8 agents (RRmmemory).
I noticed that atop periodically shows disk loading sda 85% with no records of conversations.
The disk loads mysql and apparently when the call comes in, it’s seen from iotop. Simultaneous calls 4-5, evening 11 as much as possible. 11 is the number of external lines. I’m afraid to include recording calls, the drive is completely crazy it seems. The TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 is smart and clean.
What advise?
