Fax to email not working

The faxes show up in the UCP, but they are not being emailed (not receiving and don’t see in the message tracing at the mail host).

We get nightly emails with the backup status and I’ve verified the account credentials setup in SysAdmin Pro (it’s an O365 email situation).

I can send emails to the address configured for the fax recipient.

Nothing shows in the Postfix queue.

FreePBX 14.0.13.24
Fax Config 14.0.2.8
FaxConfigPro 14.0.12

There are files in /var/spool/asterisk/fax (both PDF and TIF)
There are PDF files in /var/spool/asterisk/fax/16/in

I feel like I’m missing something obvious, and it’s been a long week (month and year) and I may be having synapse misfires.

TIA

After posting I ran fwconsole chown and that seems to have fixed the issue, or it was at least concurrent with fax-to-email starting to work.
