So how do contacts work? I have set this up on 2 PBX systems so far and neither are populating contacts. Edit: I have to search contacts that works. Users needs BLF functionality, no different than on any other phone.

I can make a custom favorite easily enough.

It shows up and can be dialed, but it does not get any BLF subscription data. It also does some stupid auto formatting.

But normal extensions have BLF functionality. See the green bar to the left of 213 and 220 in this screenshot. I dialed 220 from my desk phone on 213 to show this all works.
