Running FreePbx FreePBX 13.0.195.4. Changing names on extensions on web gui of freepbx is not being reflected on individual phones, even after save, rebuild, update, reset, reset to factory. Where all do name changes have to occur? I do believe I have tried to delete the extension and start from scratch.
If you registered manually, than you probably have set the label through the phone Web GUI, try logging in and see if you can change it?
Yup - if you set them up in Endpoint Manager, then you change them there, but if you set them up manually, you have to update them manually as well…
