Hello,
ChanSIP uses port 5160, are you using the correct one or 5060 and bare in mind you have to add it the end of your pbx ip pointing within the softphones web interface i.e 192.168.0.111:5160
IMO, you’re wasting your time setting up new chan_sip endpoints, everything should be done using pjsip. That said, after enabling in Advanced Settings, browse to Asterisk SIP Settings, and ensure your chan_sip settings are all correct, including ports. Then apply config and reboot.
Thanks for your attention. I enabled chan_sip driver in asterisk setting. Should I enable 5160 port in the setting?
Thanks for your attention. Could you explain the config or setting in more detail?
5160 is the default port for chan_sip, point the ip of your pbx in your phone with :5160 at the end or change the port in the devices option.
Double check in Asterisk SIP settings that your ports are correct.
However you should consider going to pjsip as Igaetz states since chan_sip is deprecated now.
