The phone says it has version 188.8.131.52 on it, but the firmware on the EXP100 is 184.108.40.206. I need the update because the screen is so dim it’s unusable.
I tried downgrading the firmware on the phone so that it has EXP100 firmware 220.127.116.11, but the phone just ignored the update in the endpoint manager because it already has a newer version.
How can I force the firmware update with the EXP100?
There’s another user who reported a similar if not the same issue.
