Evo Insurance Agenct Management System integration with FreePBX/PBXAct to screenpop client accounts using caller ID

I have a number of Insurance agents as clients using the Sangoma PBXAct VoIP System. I’m exploring the possibility of integrating the Sangoma PBXAct Phone system with Evo Insurance Agency Management System, so that Caller ID can be used to callup client accounts for agents to avoid this repetitive task. Does anyone here have experience with this app. Does Evo have a public API or a web-based interface that can be triggered by a URL? Are there any technical documents describing the functionality of an API or web based interface that could be used to trigger account callup in Evo?
