Error while upgrading restapps

Dear experts,

upgrading all modules, and getting stuck at restapps upgrade:
Downloading and Installing restapps
Downloading restapps 530696 of 530696 (100%)
Installing restapps
Untarring…Done
Stopping old running processes…Done
Starting new RestApps Process…Started with PID 6524!
checking for timestamp field…already exists

from freepbx.log:

That goes on forever since a while now.

Any idea what is broken:

FreePBX 14.0.3.13

Try to re-install.

fwconsole ma downloadinstall restapps --force
