Error when uploading multiple files to Sound Files

I have logged a bug for this a couple of weeks ago (FREEPBX-13723), which unfortunately has seen no progress.

At this stage I’m not 100% sure if it is something I am doing wrong, or is an actual issue, hence I thought I would reach out the the community.

From Admin | Sound Languages, I select Custom Languages, and my custom Language. I upload the file I want, and I want the output to be alaw and wav.

This results in:

There was an error, See the console for more details

when upon clicking ok, you receive

Exception
File does not exist File:/var/www/html/admin/libraries/BMO/Media.class.php:99

Has anyone else seen this, and found a resolution?

The bug has been assigned. Meaning it’s confirmed. I tried to explain that in the ticket.

Thats the bit I didnt realise. I took the wording of:

When you see the Status as ON DECK this means the ticket has been reviewed by the assigned member or they have been notified of the issue.

To mean that someone is now reviewing this, or they have been notified they have an issue to review… not to actually mean its with someone to review for resolution.
