Endpoint Manager error

Ok new to freepbx but all was working well. after around 10days uptime and adding removing extension i have run into a bizare problem.

Freepbx version 13.0.194.10
Asterisk 11.25.1
Endpoint manager 13.0.118.17 Stable

The endpoint manager section from the extension other tab has disappeared. Now i understand that it is a commercial module and i amusing it just for sangoman phones which should let me use the endpoint.

the section not there, it was there before all 9 days me removing and adding extension and upgrading modules.

have i broke something please if you guys need to see logs please post the command i need to type as i am still getting used to the cli

i can do all the useual using from the settings endpoint manager menu

Perhaps this a virtual extension?

What you can try is:

fwconsole ma enableall 
fwconsole ma upgradeall 
fwconsole reload

i will try and report your commands.

it was created as chan sip extension

ok all commands went well
fwconsole ma enableall
fwconsole ma upgradeall
fwconsole reload

firewall upgraded

the original problem still exist

Upgrade to edge version of EPM with:

fwconsole ma --edge upgrade endpoint

It is working fine for me in EPM ver. 13.0.118.21

i did get the above message error

once i hit the dasboard button in the gui saw the apply config carried out.

end result epm upgraded but the error still remains

No one told you to run this.

Run this.

ok i followed the above made no difference.

as in edge mode i checkedfor online modules completed upgrades

but still the same out come no endpoint in extensions other tab

Did it update?
fwconsole ma list | grep endpoint
If not, run it again and post the error.

Perhaps you did not reload the PBX after updating? fwconsole reload

just adding to the post to help solve this problem

will having the freepbx set up in sangoma portal for auto provision cause this problem? just assumimg as if this method is used and have no commercial lincense may effect this?

The Sangoma Portal does not talk to your PBX, all it does, it tells the phone where to go.

Did it actually reload?

Would you try to reboot your PBX?

Also, why can’t you configure the phones fr extension mapping in EPM? Is there a reason you need this section at the moment?

it all reloads fine.

epm has upgradede to the revision you mentioned.

i am acutually doing it that way through fr extension mapping.

no reason thought i messed up something but not to worry will do it as mentioned.

just thought if and when i upgrade to EPM lincense hope not the same problem?
