Enabling modules in FreePBX

Hey guys,
I have installed FreePBX 14 on my Centos 7 VPS server, the provider i`m using it doesn’t support installing from custom iso and i had to install using the following guide

https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/FOP/Installing+FreePBX+14+on+CentOS+7

After installing from this guide i have missing a lot of modules/Applications and i need the following;

  1. IVR
  2. Ring Group
  3. Music on Hold
  4. Call on hold
  5. Call transfer
  6. Voicemail to email
  7. Chat
  8. Conference calls
  9. Video Calls

is there any way i can activate this modules ?

Have you been through Module Admin and tried to install and enable them there?

I have check it before posting. I just don’t understand they guide say:
**** COMMERCIAL MODULES CANNOT BE INSTALLED ON THIS OS ****

What i have done wrong ?
How can i enable/install other modules i need ?

Don’t try and use commercially licensed modules

Uncheck the ‘commercial’ option and check everything else before running “check online” you can safely add any “not installed” modules without stress then.
