Empty Call Recording Files (44 bytes) in FreePBX 17

I am using FreePBX 17. I’ve noticed that some empty call recording files are being created with a size of 44 bytes. What could be causing this issue?

Did you see what’s the duration of those recordings ?

Yes I did
These files don’t have duration

I mean

If a call is not made, the audio file should not be created
