Emails Sent by USer Manager

When I use the User Manager to send the email to the user, the email arrives, but it has a few problems:

  • The email appears as one long string; no html formatting is applied.
  • The password is not shown - it just says “obfuscated” in it’s place.

However, I have the setting in User Manager > Settings > Email Settings set to html email = YES.
How do I fix these two things?
