Installed version 16 asterisk and 14 FreePBX
I want to use AMD for outgoing calls to check voice mail.
How can I include this module in outbound routing?
If you use a module like broadcast or appointment reminder for outbound dialing, it is included.
If you are writing your own dialplan you can use AMD:

The AMD module only exists to set the default AMD settings for Asterisk. Other modules actually reference the AMD dialplan application and do the call flow.
