I am sure this has been brought up plenty of times, but I will bring it up again.
Why is there now dial window in UCP? I can call contacts from my history and contacts list, but I want to use UCP to copy and paste numbers from web pages, emails, etc, or even just to type them in. It seems odd that everything is there except this. I use a hard phone on my desk so I can’t paste/type numbers into a softphone on my computer.
