Deleted extensions still showing up as offline

Hi Everyone,

I’m running 15.0.16.44 with everything updated and have a number of pjsip extensions that are showing as offline on the dashboard and Asterisk Info, but these are also extensions that have been totally deleted. They don’t show up under “pjsip show endpoints” either.

Zulu and WebRTC are disabled, although Zulu was enabled previously.

How do I clear these extensions?

Here is what I’m seeing:

Extensions Listing show no extension present:

As you can see they are not present here are anywhere else I’ve looked.

Strangely, I’m able to add new extensions using those numbers, so the system definitely isn’t seeing them. I tried adding and deleting those numbers but that did nothing.
