Asterisk Info Channels shows old data

Hello all,

I noticed on some instances of FreePBX that under ‘Reports’ > ‘Asterisk Info’ > ‘Channels’ old data is displayed.
These are extensions or trunks that have already been deleted. These are still present on the Info page and are displayed as Offline.
The other areas of the Asterisk Info page are up to date (e.g.: Registries).

  • under trunks / extensions on the frontend these are no longer present
  • in the CLI they are not listed anymore ( e.g.: asterisk -x “pjsip show endpoints” )
  • in the database they are no longer present ( MariaDB [asterisk]> select * from pjsip; )
  • ‘fwconsole reload’ and reboot of the system/server have already been done

Asterisk version: 16.25.0

On the forum I also found other topics which describe the problem, but here no solution was mentioned. Among others:

Is there no way to reset the view?

Thank you very much and greetings.

What version of FreePBX are you using, and is your PBX up to date?

System-Admin says:

PBX Version:15.0.23
PBX Distro:12.7.8-2203-2.sng7
Asterisk Version:16.25.0

Module and system upgrades are up2date.

https://git.freepbx.org/projects/FREEPBX/repos/asteriskinfo/browse/Modules/Peers.php?at=refs%2Fheads%2Frelease%2F15.0

The peers page gets the data via AMI which is using the Command action (Execute Asterisk CLI Command.)

It runs the following commands

pjsip show endpoints
sip show peers
iax2 show peers
sccp show devices

It only runs the commands if the modules are loaded.

Under which section do you still have these records?

pjsip show endpoints
sip show peers
iax2 show peers

Show the correct results on the CLI

sccp show devices

Module not loaded

The wrong information was only visible under ‘Asterisk Information’ - ‘Channels’.

But now the display is suddenly correct again.
What I have now still done to the things which I have already mentioned above:

  • Adjustment of a configuration (deletion of no longer needed queue)
  • Performed all module and system upgrades again
  • Cleaning the browser cache
  • Restart of the server (incl. FreePBX-VM)

Whatever it was, the display is now back to normal.

Sorry for the trouble and thanks for the help.
