Dahdi/POTS call suck in queue - Hangup before answer

HI all,

I have an issue with a POT we have an external divert setup for out of hours that diverts to a monitoring company. (Controlled by provider)
On our old POTS system the phones would ring once or not at all as the call has been diverted.

However on FreePBX the call queue group keeps getting called even if the call has hungup or been answered by remote divert.

Does this sound like a dahdi config issue?
