In the loss of vpn fiasco in another thread, one template kept causing issues looking for ftp, which of course there is no ftp option for my phones, only http ot https. I recreated the template, the new one works fine,
How do I remove the offending template in Commercial EPM, I cannot seem to find a way to do so. Sorry if its obvious.

Not sure which brand template you are having the issue with, but most brands, after you click on the actual template, there should be an option to duplicate, export or remove.
In the Sangoma templates, it’s in the last tab.
