I followed all the instructions and created RingList.xml in ringtones folder in tftp, RINGLIST.DAT file, and raw ringtone file. But after tftp upload and when I go to User Preference | Rings I get “Ring List Unavailable.”

Figured it out and got it working. Ringlist.xml file was missing the header.
