Chrome changes prevents playing recordings from User Panel

When trying to listen to recording via the UCP I now get an error that Chrome does not support QuickTime player with a link (Google Chrome Help) which basically says:

To make browsing with Chrome safer, faster, and more stable, we stopped allowing NPAPI plugins on September 1, 2015.
Plugins that use NPAPI, including Silverlight, Java, and Unity, won’t work. If you want to use a website that uses an NPAPI plugin, you’ll need to use a different web browser.

Any suggestions beyond abandoning Chrome?

Please make sure all modules are up to date. If this is still an issue please file a ticket at http://issues.freepbx.org .

UCP does not use Quicktime. You may be confusing ARI with UCP. Please attach a screenshot of “UCP”

All modules were up to date.
I was using UCP to try and listen to recorded calls when I got this error. Seems that Chrome decided that Quicktime was the default program for listening to .wav files.

Have updated the system and it now defaults to VLC and plays them fine.

You are confused. You are talking about ARI not UCP.
