Anyone know what actual ports to change and what to ?
Anyone come up with a solution to this issue ?
It seems such a major problem I don’t see the solution anywhere.

I don’t see what new information you have provided here.
In general, if a provider blocks a service they have a reason for it. Although you might not like their reason, you should still respect their policy. Moreover, if their terms of service say they don’t allow certain types of traffic, you should not try to evade those terms of service.
