Changed networks and no access to GUI

So we moved our PBXACT 40 from one network to an entirely separate network. Before I could get to the GUI but now I cannot. I’m guessing its a simple problem, I’ve tried setting a static ip but I am messing up somewhere in that process it appears. Ideas?

can you ping the pbx ?

yeah I have cmd access and it has internet access also.

do you have the firewall properly configured for the new network?

so either I was really stupid (it works now) or something changed after I left work. Able to get in now.
