i want to keep my Extension in the Language German but because of the broken sound files in German for the Voice mail i would like to set the Voice mail to use English Language.
Is there a way to accomplish this?

I think you can do custom language settings for ONLY Voicemail. For that you have to follow below settings and make a test.
1- Admin → Sound Language → Check Languages Online → Select Packs
2- Applications → Languages → Add Language → Give a Description Name → Language Code ( German / & English or ETC ) → Destination → Voice Mail.

Thanks for the tip. Sadly, I didn’t clarify that I would like to change the language for the voice mail if a User Calls into the PBX to hear there own Voicemails for there Extension.
Sadly that woud not work i am trying to change the language when i dail *97 so that woud be englisch and the Rest of the Extensions woud stay in german
Then you want to do the first thing @shahin suggested. The recordings for the voicemail system are based on the default language of the system/endpoint. If you change the default language of the system to the German sound language pack, then all the default recordings should be in German.
