Change Caller ID for Call Forwarded /Follow me Option

I need to do -

An Incoming call to Reception- Forwarded to Extension aaaa- On AAAA other follow me option to
other extension BBBB and follow me to forwarded call to Cell Number.

I want to use a specfic Route for BBBB so that call Original Caller ID change as per Route Caller ID.
But call forwarding not going through that route when forward calls but I call from BBBB directly is sedning the caller ID I want .
Question is - I want to change Caller ID for few extension when call is being forwarded from these extensions to Cell numbers.

Please suggest.

Have you considered modifying your Outbound Routes to utilize some additional prefix that you remove before sending out the trunk ? Then sending FMFM to that extended number ?
