(Nice Guy) #1

Can someone who is using dahdi with a working caller ID please share their chan_dahdi.conf settings with me?
I am having issues with my caller ID, it show “unknown unknown”. It’s been a week now and I can’t get this working as yet.

#2

I have it working but I didn’t need to configure anything special regarding caller id settings.

(Nice Guy) #3

can I have a look?
I’m assuming the reason you had nothing to configure is because you live in the US. I believe by default dahdi is set to US region.

(Nice Guy) #4

also can I have a look at your dahdi-channels.conf file as well

#5

In fact, I’m in Argentina, but I didn’t have to configure anything in particular anyway.

I only have these 2 conf files related to DAHDI, because I configured it manually, I didn’t use the DAHDI module.
