Why there is no playback button or option in our UCP?
We already checked that the CDR Logging and Call Recording are enabled.
We’re not able to play recordings from the FreePBX GUI itself.

Hello, yes. It is enabled.
I think your extension(s) Recording Options
is not enabled. Check that 1st.
How can we check that?
Do you have access to FreePBX Administration Panel ?
Go to Connectivity → Extensions → XXXX → Edit → Advanced → Recording Options → Change Don't Care
to YES
It works. But why does it changes to don’t care? So all the extensions should be edited to yes?
And is there a way to retrieve the previous recordings that has no playback button?
you can enable inbound and outbound calls to record
