CDR Report dropping DID field in CSV Output

Running FreePBX Version 10.13.66-15 When running a CDR Report a search by partial DID displays the proper results but as a CSV file the all-important “DID” field gets dropped. It makes the output unusable.

“DID” is removed. Surviving fields are: calldate, clid, src, dst, dcontext, channel, dstchannel, lastapp, lastdata, duration, billsec, disposition, amaflags, accountcode, uniqueid, userfield
