CDR not updating

System is version 16 The CDR report stopped recording calls sometime today when the system thought the time was ahead 4 hours. Otherwise the syste operating normally. I made sure that logging was enabled and it is. I checked to see if the asterisk module is loaded and it is, although it unloads with a Fwconsole reload. CDR show status shows this:

Log calls by default: Yes
Log unanswered calls: No
Log congestion: No

Ignore dial state changes: No

    I have tried force uninstall and reinstall with no joy. Using this command shows the same calls mysql -u root -p asteriskcdrdb -e “SELECT calldate, src, dst FROM cdr ORDER BY calldate DESC LIMIT 5;”

This all appears to have started after a reboot to fix a time issue. the voicemail was indicating that messages were left 4 hours in the future. A Date command at the cli showed a good time and the gui was agreeing with that. So we rebooted and that appears to be fixed. But now the CDR report is hosed. Any ideas anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
