CC-7975G Not Registering on FreePBX 17 While Cisco 7821 Works

I attempted to register my Cisco CC-7975G phones using the configuration below multiple times, but it was unsuccessful. What should I do to fix this?

In the same FreePBX 17 system, I had previously registered Cisco 7821 phones, and those are working.
