CC-7975G Not Registering on FreePBX 17 While Cisco 7821 Works

I tried many times to register my Cisco CC-7975G phones using the configuration below, but it did not work. What should I do to fix this?

In the same FreePBX 17 system, I had previously registered Cisco 7821 phones, and those are working.
