Capture Digits

Hi all,

We just set up a FreePBX server for our business and it’s working perfectly! We have 3 grandstream phones that connect fine, and we have an IVR set up as well. We run a computer repair business, and customers are assigned a 4 digit ticket number when they check in a computer. As of right now, we have an IVR option for checking on the status of a computer that leads to a queue, and the CID for the queue starts with TICKET (so the person who picks up the phone knows what the call is regarding. What I want to know is if there’s a way that we can have a customer enter in their 4 digit number, and then have this information relayed to whoever picks up the phone on the CID - this way we can pull up the information before even speaking to the customer. Is this a possibility?
