Cant activate FreePBX. "Activation Error!"

This isn’t the first recent report of this, so there may be something going on from the activation server. I’ll try to find out more about that. In the meantime, there was a workaround mentioned in this other post that you may want to try.

Answering my own question, sort of. I was able to work around this by first registering at portal.sangoma.com and then using that same e-mail address in the FreePBX activation workflow. That seems to have taken me down a different path that has worked.
